1. Returns and Refund Requests

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the product description, please contact us as soon as possible.

Because our products may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers, returns due to a change of mind may not always be available.

If you would like to request a return for any other reason, please contact us before sending anything back. Do not return an item without receiving return instructions from our customer service team.
